Autin Jetski Terms:
- Rental Agreement: By renting a jet ski from our website, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Requirements: Renters must be of legal age and possess a valid driver's license or government-issued identification. Additionally, all renters must sign a waiver/release form prior to rental.
- Safety Regulations: Renters must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines provided by the rental operator. This includes wearing appropriate safety gear such as life jackets and following all posted rules and instructions.
- Usage Restrictions: Jet skis are to be operated only by the designated renter(s) and must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activities. They are to be operated within designated areas and in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of rental to cover any damages or loss incurred during the rental period. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the jet ski in satisfactory condition.
- Rental Period: The rental period begins at the designated start time and ends at the agreed-upon return time. Late returns may result in additional charges as follows.
- Late Return Fee: A late return fee of $50 will be charged for every 15 minutes that the jet ski is not returned past the agreed-upon time. This fee is applicable to ensure the timely return of the jet ski for maintenance and availability for other customers.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will incur fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
- Weather Conditions: Rental may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling in the event of inclement weather or unsafe water conditions. In such cases, renters will be notified as soon as possible.
- Liability: Renters are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use of the jet ski during the rental period. The rental operator is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the rental period.
- Indemnification: Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rental operator from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the jet ski.
- Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice. It is the renter's responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly for any changes.
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes arising from or related to the rental agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Austin, Texas.
By completing the rental reservation and payment process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
